Zinnia Bakery first sold gluten-free baked goods at the Canyon Farmers Market during the Summer of 2014. We grew into a store-front bakery in Amarillo in November 2014.
The site that we chose was a traditional cupcake bakery, We scrubbed every surface, power-washed the kitchen, cleaned every piece of equipment inside and out, had the HVAC professionally cleaned, mopped the walls, and vacuumed the ceiling tiles - all to create our dedicated gluten-free bakery.
All of our products are always gluten-free. Most of our products may also be made dairy-free, soy-free, corn-free, and egg-free by special order.
